*Never leave the dock without being shown through the boat (gas, prop, etc.) *Live jackets are provided. Never leave the dock without a life jacket for each person on board.
*We do not allow tubing or pulling of floats.
*We do not provide anchors with our boats.
*Renter must be at least 21 years of age.
*The security deposit on boat rentals does not apply to the rental fee.
*Full rental payment required at time of reservation. Deposit due on arrival. *All boat rentals are subject to a 6% Ky sales tax.
*Pontoon boats are rented during daylight hours only.
*Gas is the expense of the renter and not included in the deposit.
*The renter is responsible for damages to the boat or motor, and third party boats. *No refunds due to weather, no exceptions.
*If you have to cancel due to weather, before taking possession of the pontoon, you can receive a raincheck to reschedule within 30 days.
*Once you take possession of the pontoon on your reserved rental day there are no refunds due to weather.
